While a sale is live we will do our best to accommodate any refunds & exchange requests. Once the presale has closed, all orders are final sale.  However, we will make every effort to consider your inquiry for exchanges/refunds. Each case will be reviewed individually by our customer service team, who will provide the best solution to help resolve your claim!

 For claims regarding a damaged/defective product, please email thebagsznapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item associated with your order number in order for your case to be accepted for review.

Our manufacturing process combines the precision of technology with the expertise of our skilled team, each dedicated to crafting a unique product just for you. During the various stages of production — from sewing and embroidery to fulfillment and delivery — our items undergo thorough quality control. However, due to the hands-on nature of our process, it’s possible for a garment to acquire minor marks like a bit of dust, loose threads, slight oil stains, or pressure lines from embroidery hoops. These are often part of the journey of a freshly crafted item.

 Don’t worry, though. Most of these small imperfections can be easily removed with a standard wash using traditional detergents or stain removers. If you notice any imperfection that persists after washing, we're here to help. Just send an email to thebagsznapparel@gmail.com and include the following:

Most importantly, please always include clear pictures demonstrating the defective or damaged area.

All orders are final once submitted and cannot be changed, canceled, or updated.

We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

We process orders within 14-30 business days, and domestic delivery takes 7-10 business days. Shipping costs vary, and tracking is provided.

If you have sufficient reasoning to believe your package has been misplaced by USPS, please contact USPS directly and file a USPS lost claim here. Bag Szn Apparel is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package. For all claims regarding lost/stolen packages please email thebagsznapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery receipt.
